in the heart of the Piney Woods of Deep East Texas,
is a 1939 colonial style home that provides an oasis of Southern hospitality and warmth.

four acre Lufkin estate will impress travelers looking for privacy and convenience.
Let our Wisteria-laden forests, pine floors and large columned front
porch welcome you comfortably into our home.
 Breakfast:
Our guests are invited to a full breakfast in the dining room. This room flourishes with its' original wall coverings and full-length windows that allows the sun to welcome you into your morning. Our breakfast meats are custom processed making a flavorful accompaniment to dishes that vary from creamy scrambled eggs,
frittata, or spicy egg casseroles. Buttermilk biscuits baked to a tender crust in an iron skillet, or sweet potato muffins go nicely along with homemade jellies.
A breakfast tray can be prepared for those who prefer the privacy of their own room.
Guests are offered an early wake-up tray with coffee or hot tea at an agreed upon time.
Reservations:
Reservations are
recommended two weeks in advance. Drop-ins are welcome when
accommodations are available. Deposit of $50 to secure room until your
arrival is required. Room charges plus applicable sales tax is due upon
arrival.

Cancellation policy: Three-day cancellation notice required for deposit return. If room is rebooked deposit less $15.00 service fee will be returned to you.

Restrictions: Children are welcome with proper supervision and when prior arrangements have been made. Smoking is allowed outside only, waste receptacles will be provided.

In-week rate not available during holidays & special events.

Check in time as early as 3:00 pm / check out 11:30 am. Special arrangements can be made to accommodate individual traveling times.
Directions:
3458 Ted Trout Drive (Highway
94 W) 1.5 miles west of Loop 287. Turn right on FM 1194(Oscar Berry
Road) then immediate left into drive way. Make circle drive and pull
forward to park in front of Wrought Iron Fence.
